  • Quality control and compliance with shipyard standards

  • Reporting of progress, hours and deviations

  Requirements

  • Proven experience in shipbuilding site management

  • Strong understanding of interior and technical installation works

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Leadership and team coordination skills

  • Experience leading small teams (5–20 workers)

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings

  • Good communication skills

• Skilled Technician (Shipbuilding / Technical Areas)

  Scope of work

  • Installation and assembly of technical systems in shipbuilding projects

  • Mechanical installation works in machinery rooms and technical spaces

  • Installation of equipment foundations, supports and secondary structures

  • Alignment and adjustment according to drawings and shipyard tolerances

  • Cooperation with HVAC, piping, electrical and steel outfitting teams

  Requirements

  • Proven experience in shipbuilding or heavy industrial projects

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Independent working skills and understanding of installation sequences

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card (if required)

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

• HVAC Duct Installer (Thin & Spiro Ducts)

  Scope of work

  • Installation of ventilation ducts (thin and spiro) on board vessels

  • Fitting and welding of steel brackets and supports

  • Connection of ducts to HVAC equipment (AHUs, fans, units)

  • Sealing and adjustment according to drawings

  • Work according to shipyard tolerances

  Requirements

  • Experience in shipbuilding HVAC installation

  • Ability to read drawings

  • Welding certificate 111 (MMA) is an advantage

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

  • English-speaking team leader required

• AC Room Steel Outfitter

  Scope of work

  • Fabrication and installation of steel foundations and frames for HVAC equipment

  • Installation of pipe supports, duct supports, cable trays

  • Brackets, penetrations, sleeves, platforms

  • Alignment according to shipyard tolerances

  Requirements

  • Proven shipbuilding experience (AC rooms preferred)

  • Welding certificate 111 (MMA) is an advantage

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

• AC Room MAG Welder (Process 135)

  Scope of work

  • Welding of brackets to deck and bulkhead

  • Welding of supports, frames, sleeves, penetrations

  • Fillet and butt welds on plate and small pipes

  • Work according to shipyard tolerances

  Requirements

  • EN ISO 9606-1 certificate (Process 135)

  • Experience in shipbuilding secondary steel

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

• Pipefitter – Interior Works

  Scope of work

  • Installation of piping systems in interior areas and technical spaces

  • Prefabrication and fitting of small-bore and medium pipes

  • Installation of supports, brackets and penetrations

  • Alignment according to drawings and shipyard tolerances

  • Cooperation with HVAC, steel outfitting and electrical teams

  Requirements

  • Proven shipbuilding experience (interior or technical spaces)

  • Ability to read isometric and layout drawings

  • Experience with pipe fitting and basic welding works

  • Pipe welding certificate (TIG 141 or MAG 135) is an advantage

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

• Pipe Welder (141 / 135 certified) – Interior Works

  Scope of work

  • Welding of ship piping systems in interior and technical areas

  • TIG (141) welding of stainless steel and carbon steel pipes

  • MAG (135) welding of carbon steel pipes and supports

  • Butt welds and fillet welds on pipes and small structural elements

  • Welding according to isometric drawings and shipyard tolerances

  • Cooperation with pipefitters, HVAC and steel outfitting teams

  Requirements

  • Valid EN ISO 9606-1 certificate (Process 141 and/or 135)

  • Proven experience in shipbuilding pipe welding

  • Ability to read isometric drawings

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card

  • Finnish Tax Number and ID

• Ship Interior Installer

  Scope of work

  • Installation of interior elements on board vessels

  • Installation of doors, partition walls and ceiling systems

  • Assembly of panels, floors and cabin structures

  • Installation and adjustment of fittings and finishing elements

  • Work according to drawings and shipyard tolerances

  • Cooperation with electrical, piping and HVAC teams

  Requirements

  • Proven experience in shipbuilding interior works

  • Ability to read and understand drawings

  • Experience with interior panels, doors and modular systems

  • Valid Occupational Safety Card

  • Valid Hot Work Card (if required)
