From Consulting to Turn-Key Delivery

Marinator was born from experience and built step by step with a clear vision.

In 2022, we began in Finland as an entrepreneurship company, consulting in administration, operations, sales, marketing, and finance. Our work went far beyond advice – we turned companies into full turn-key providers, scaled operations, and managed complex funding projects.

In 2023, we established Marinator MB in Lithuania to connect with suppliers and partners across the Baltic states. This entity supports our operations by connecting us with suppliers and partners across the Baltic states, including auditing subcontractors, supporting procurement, and securing reliable materials and services. It also contributes to quality management, marketing, communication, administration, and finance, providing additional operational support and flexibility.

By 2024, we focused on building the foundation for future turn-key deliveries. We selected and audited strong partners, expanded a trusted supplier network across Europe, and finalized a complete quality management system aligned with international standards. With documented processes and proven partnerships, we were ready to take full turn-key responsibility.

In 2025, Marinator Oy was established in Finland. With all expertise combined in Finland, Marinator Oy became the core operating company, moving beyond consulting into delivering complete turn-key technical outfitting areas, taking responsibility from design to commissioning.

Today, Marinator operates through Marinator Oy in Finland as the main company, supported by Marinator MB in Lithuania for Baltic supplier and partner coordination. While rooted in shipbuilding, we are now expanding into industrial facilities and renewable energy projects, including infrastructure for wind power development, applying the same precision, quality, and reliability to every technical space we deliver.
