Terms and Conditions
1. Requirements
We select suppliers who:

2. Terms of Purchase
All purchases are subject to Marinator’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, available upon request.
Suppliers must confirm all purchase orders in writing. Any changes in delivery times, pricing, or scope must be approved in advance.
3. Communication & Orders

Purchase orders are always issued in writing.

Delivery documents must include PO number, project name, and delivery details.

We encourage digital communication and documentation to keep processes efficient.
4. Invoicing & Payments
We are committed to fair and on-time payments.
To ensure smooth processing:

Follow our official Invoicing Instructions.

Always invoice the correct entity (Marinator Oy or Marinator MB) as agreed in the contract.

Submit one PDF file per invoice (including attachments).
5. Responsibility
Marinator expects suppliers to work ethically and responsibly, including:

Respect for labor rights and fair treatment of workers.

Environmentally responsible practices and materials.
6. Supplier Code of Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Conduct is part of every supplier contract. It requires suppliers to:

Prohibit corruption, bribery, and unfair business practices.

Ensure worker safety, fair pay, and non-discrimination.

7. Submissions
If you submit any information, ideas, or materials to Marinator (such as feedback or suggestions), you confirm that you have the right to share them and agree that Marinator may freely use such material without obligation to you.
